STATUTORY AND STANDARDIZATION FRAMEWORK
The Regulatory Landscape of Resilience and BCM Requirements
Our business resilience and BCM training programs are aligned with leading regulatory frameworks, including the EU DORA regulation governing digital operational resilience in the financial sector, the risk management and business continuity mandates of the NIS2 Directive, and the operational and service continuity requirements of the ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standards.
01
DORA – Digital Operational Resilience
The EU DORA regulation strengthens the digital operational resilience of the financial sector: organizations must be prepared for major ICT incidents, service disruptions, and third-party vendor failures, while ensuring the continuity and recovery of critical operations..
02
NIS2 – Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience
Beyond managing cybersecurity risks, the NIS2 Directive and its Hungarian statutory implementation explicitly mandate business continuity management, structured incident response, disaster recovery, and regulatory reporting across the entire organization.
03
ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 – Operational & Service Continuity
The ISO/IEC 27001 information security and ISO/IEC 20000 IT service management standards set rigorous requirements for planning, implementing, and continually improving operational and service continuity—aligning seamlessly with corporate BCM programs and training.

How to Get Started
Can these courses be ordered individually?
Yes. The courses are available for standalone purchase, and select modules can also be optionally integrated into other NIS2 executive or IBF programs.
Is an adult education contract required?
It is entirely up to you: if you do not require an officially registered adult education certificate, the training can be initiated via a simplified individual or corporate order.
How does corporate ordering work?
The process begins upon receipt of your order by SECaaS Ltd., followed by the issuance of a proforma invoice. Course access in the LMS platform is activated once payment has been settled.
When do participants receive course access?
Within 1–2 business days of settling the proforma invoice, the courses are assigned to the registered participants, who will receive an automated activation notification directly from the LMS platform.
Is credit/debit card payment available?
Direct credit/debit card payment integration is currently underway. Once launched, card transactions will trigger immediate, automated LMS notifications regarding student activation. However, for training programs requiring an adult education contract, activation will not be automated, as an executed contract remains a strict prerequisite.
